• Role- Software Engineer
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial/banking institution -Must
• Recent 5+ years experience working in the Financial/Banking industry with strong experience core banking business as a Software Analyst/Engineer role
• Recent working experience on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equip to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context Protocol is a must (5+ years)
• Candidate must have technical and fundamental understanding of Understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Must have experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processes
• 5+ years design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures and solution using necessary tools working experience
• Other good to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build Gen AI capability
• Strong team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
• Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
