We are\nlooking for a <\/span>Software Engineer (Rust)<\/span><\/b> who is strong in <\/span>backend\ndevelopment<\/span><\/b> and has a <\/span>good understanding of system design concepts<\/span><\/b>,\nscalability, and cloud\-native patterns.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

This is a <\/span>hands\-on\nengineering role<\/span><\/b> where you will build production services, contribute to\nsystem design discussions, and work closely with senior engineers and\ncross\-functional teams.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
  • 2+ years<\/span><\/span><\/b> of backend software\ndevelopment experience<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Hands\-on experience with <\/span>Rust<\/span><\/b> (async/await, concurrency concepts)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Understanding <\/span>of distributed systems\nfundamentals<\/span><\/b> (scalability, latency, fault tolerance)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience or exposure to <\/span>Kafka or\nstreaming platforms<\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Knowledge of <\/span>API design principles<\/span><\/b> and\nsecurity concepts<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Familiarity with <\/span>AWS cloud services<\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with <\/span>NoSQL databases and caching\nfundamentals<\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong problem\-solving skills and eagerness to\nlearn system design at scale<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    <\/span><\/span>Preferred Skills:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/div>
    • Exposure\n to <\/span>IoT or telemetry platforms<\/span><\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience\n in other tech stacks like <\/span>Python, Node<\/span><\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Understanding\n / experience with relational database systems.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Kubernetes\n (EKS) exposure<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Prior\n experience in <\/span>early stage or scaling startups<\/span><\/b><\/span>
