Software Integration and Support Engineer (SIS)
We are strengthening our Service in Korea, and are now recruiting a new colleague to join our team. After an intensive training period of several months, you will work with our technology at the most advanced companies in the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities:
- Integration of our Multibeam Mask Writer Software in High-Tech Fabs in Korea
- Set up of diverse Linux based operating systems
- Software and configuration upgrades
- Troubleshooting and Analysis
- Internal documentation and Customer reporting
- Maintenance of SOPs (standard operation procedures)
- Training of colleagues and customers
- Occasional scripting (e.g. Python, bash)
- You have relevant technical education (e.g. electrical engineering or computer science) or equivalent knowledge, and are interested in continuous further development.
- You have knowledge of Linux based operating systems.
- You are able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. You can convey complex technical content clearly and competently.
- You like to face challenges and make full use of your analytical skills, your technical knowledge and your interpersonal skills.
- You are tech-savvy, organized, assertive and a likeable team member.
- You are resilient, can deal with stress and quick decisions and are willing to work flexibly.
- Willingness to Travel to Austria or other countries for training, up to 2 month the first year, and occasional training and support trips the following years.
- You are committing to support your team in challenging situations.
- Python, Office solutions and Linux experience is beneficial.
