Role Overview:<\/b>
<\/p>

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic <\/span>Software Trainer<\/b> <\/span>to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions for Zoho applications and other business software, ensuring clients and internal teams are fully equipped to use these tools efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Deliver hands\-on training sessions for Zoho CRM, Zoho ERP modules (Books, Inventory, People), and other Zoho applications.

• Prepare training materials, manuals, FAQs, and video tutorials.
  <\/li>
• Conduct virtual and in\-person training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  <\/li>
• Assess trainee progress and provide feedback and additional support where necessary.
  <\/li>
• Customize training plans according to user profiles (admin users, end users, etc.).
  <\/li>
• Stay updated on new software features and updates and revise training content accordingly.
  <\/li>
• Assist in client onboarding, product demos, and post\-training support.
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications and Skills:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    <\/li>
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in software training, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or ERP products.
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    <\/li>
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non\-technical users.
    <\/li>
  • Good understanding of business processes (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations).
    <\/li>
  • Prior experience or familiarity with Zoho applications is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Preferred Skills:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, or Zoho Commerce.
      <\/li>
    • Experience creating e\-learning content or webinars.
      <\/li>
    • Basic troubleshooting skills related to software usage.
      <\/li><\/ul>
