Solar Installation Supervisor

With rapid growth in solar adoption, we’re expanding our team and seeking a skilled Solar Installation Supervisor to lead our installation crews and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Role Overview:

As a Solar Installation Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations on-site, manage installation teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll be the bridge between project managers, clients, and technicians—making sure every solar system is installed seamlessly and delivers maximum performance.

*Supervise and coordinate solar installation crews on residential and commercial projects.

*Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards.

*Conduct site assessments and verify installation plans.

*Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and workmanship.

*Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues.

*Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material usage.

*Perform quality checks and troubleshoot technical challenges.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in solar installation or electrical work (minimum 3–5 years).

*Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

*Strong knowledge of PV systems, electrical codes, and safety practices.

*Excellent organizational and communication skills.

*Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
