The role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and site engineers, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.<\/span>

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

1 . <\/span>Project Planning & Execution<\/span>
<\/span><\/u><\/div>
  • Plan and schedule 20\u201330 rooftop solar projects at a time.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee project execution through site supervisors.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and timelines.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Track project progress and proactively mitigate risks.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. <\/span>Team Management<\/span><\/u>
    <\/span><\/div>
    • Manage and mentor site supervisors and INC teams.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Scout, onboard, and train new INC teams on processes and safety.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Identify training needs quarterly to improve team productivity.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Promote teamwork and effective communication on\-site.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      3. <\/span>Budget & Cost Management<\/span><\/u>
      <\/span><\/div>
      • Track project budgets as per approved costing.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Monitor expenses and implement cost\-control measures.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Coordinate with the finance team for invoices, payments, and cost tracking.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        4. <\/span>Cross\-Functional Coordination<\/span><\/u>
        <\/span><\/div>
        • Work closely with the Design team to ensure updated site drawings.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Collaborate with Procurement for BOM validation, drawings, and vendor selection.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability on site.<\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          • <\/p>

            Bachelor\u2019s degree in <\/span>Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field<\/span><\/b>
            <\/span><\/div>
            <\/span>(Master\u2019s degree or PMP Certification is an added advantage)<\/span><\/i>
            <\/span><\/div>

            <\/p><\/li>

          • Proven experience as a Solar Project Manager, preferably handling rooftop solar projects<\/b>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Solid understanding of solar PV systems, installation practices, and regulatory requirements
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Excellent leadership, team management<\/b>, and site coordination skills
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills, especially in fast\-paced project environments
            <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
