Position Overview<\/b>
<\/p>

We are looking for an experienced <\/span>Solar Project Manager (Rooftop Projects)<\/b> <\/span>to lead the planning and execution of residential, industrial & commercial rooftop solar installations. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal departments, supervising site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

1 . Project Planning & Execution<\/b>
<\/p>

Plan and schedule <\/span>20\u201330 rooftop solar projects<\/b> <\/span>at a time.
<\/p>

Oversee project execution through site supervisors.
<\/p>

Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
<\/p>

Track project progress and proactively mitigate risks.
<\/p>

2. <\/span>Team Management<\/b>
<\/p>

Manage and mentor site supervisors and INC teams.
<\/p>

Scout, onboard, and train new INC teams on processes and safety.
<\/p>

Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion.
<\/p>

Identify training needs quarterly to improve team productivity.
<\/p>

Promote teamwork and effective communication on\-site.
<\/p>

3. <\/span>Budget & Cost Management<\/b>
<\/p>

Track project budgets as per approved costing.
<\/p>

Monitor expenses and implement cost\-control measures.
<\/p>

Coordinate with the finance team for invoices, payments, and cost tracking.
<\/p>

4. <\/span>Cross\-Functional Coordination<\/b>
<\/p>

Work closely with the Design team to ensure updated site drawings.
<\/p>

Collaborate with Procurement for BOM validation, drawings, and vendor selection.
<\/p>

Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability on site.

Requirements<\/h3>

Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field(Master\u2019s degree / PMP certification is an added advantage)
    <\/li>
  • Proven experience as a <\/span>Solar Project Manager<\/b>, preferably in rooftop projects.
    <\/li>
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    <\/li>
  • Good understanding of solar PV systems, installation practices, and regulations.
    <\/li>
  • Experience in budget management and cost control.
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
    <\/li>
  • Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities under pressure.
