<\/h2>We are seeking a <\/span>Solution Architect \u2013 Agentic Systems<\/b> <\/span>to design and deliver <\/span>end\-to\-end AI agent solutions<\/b> <\/span>tailored to enterprise customer needs.
<\/p>This role blends <\/span>technical architecture, solution design, and customer collaboration<\/b> <\/span>\u2014 ensuring deployments of multi\-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks are secure, scalable, and business\-aligned.

<\/p>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
<\/h2>Solution Design & Architecture<\/b>
<\/p>Translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures.
<\/p><\/li>Design workflows using <\/span>multi\-agent orchestration<\/b>, A2A messaging, and tool chaining.
<\/p><\/li>Define <\/span>context and memory strategies<\/b> <\/span>for long\-running AI processes.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>Integration Leadership<\/b>
<\/p>Architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SOC tools).
<\/p><\/li>Ensure interoperability between AI agents, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>Performance & Scalability<\/b>
<\/p>Optimize latency, token usage, and model selection for cost\-effective deployments.
<\/p><\/li>Design for high availability and fault tolerance in production.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>Security & Compliance<\/b>
<\/p>Embed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls in all solutions.
<\/p><\/li>Ensure adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, PCI\-DSS, HIPAA as applicable).
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>Customer Engagement<\/b>
<\/p>Act as a trusted advisor for client technical teams.
<\/p><\/li>Conduct workshops, POCs, and design reviews to validate architectural choices.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>Collaboration & Delivery Support<\/b>
<\/p>Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Interaction Engineers, and Agent Architects to ensure smooth delivery.
<\/p><\/li>Provide architectural oversight during implementation phases.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>
<\/h2>Must\-Have:<\/b>
<\/p>8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering.
<\/p><\/li>Strong understanding of <\/span>LLM architectures<\/b>, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge).
<\/p><\/li>Proven experience designing <\/span>RAG pipelines<\/b>, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations.
<\/p><\/li>Proficiency in Python and experience with API design/integration.
<\/p><\/li>Cloud\-native architecture skills (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes).
<\/p><\/li>Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Good\-to\-Have:<\/b>
<\/p>Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps.
<\/p><\/li>Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas).
<\/p><\/li>Exposure to reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization.
<\/p><\/li>Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.
