About the Role<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/h2>We are looking for a <\/span>Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) Solution Architect<\/span><\/b> to lead the design and delivery of enterprise eCommerce solutions across global clients.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>This is a senior, client\-facing role where you will <\/span>own end\-to\-end architecture<\/span><\/b>, lead technical discovery, and act as the trusted advisor across SFCC implementations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>You will be responsible for shaping scalable, high\-performance commerce solutions and guiding teams through complex architecture and integration decisions.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Own <\/span>end\-to\-end SFCC solution architecture<\/span><\/b> across projects<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Lead <\/span>client discovery workshops<\/span><\/b> and define solution approach<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Design <\/span>SFCC architecture patterns<\/span><\/b> (SFRA, headless, hybrid)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Define <\/span>integration strategy<\/span><\/b> across OMS, PIM, payments, ERP, and third\-party services<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Drive <\/span>architecture decisions<\/span><\/b>, balancing scalability, performance, and business needs<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Guide development teams and ensure adherence to SFCC best practices<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Review technical designs and ensure high\-quality, scalable implementations<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Act as the <\/span>primary technical advisor<\/span><\/b> to clients and internal stakeholders<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Must\-have:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Strong experience as an <\/span><\/span>SFCC (Salesforce B2C Commerce) Solution Architect<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven track record of <\/span><\/span>owning end\-to\-end architecture on SFCC implementations<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience leading <\/span><\/span>client workshops and technical discussions<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Deep knowledge of: <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- SFRA and/or headless commerce<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- OCAPI / SCAPI<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Commerce integrations (OMS, PIM, payments, ERP)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>- Strong understanding of <\/span><\/span>scalable eCommerce architecture and performance optimisation<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Nice to have:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Experience across <\/span><\/span>multi\-site / multi\-region implementations<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Exposure to <\/span><\/span>Salesforce Core or broader commerce ecosystems<\/span><\/span><\/b>
