Solution Architect
About the Role<\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>We are looking for a Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) Solution Architect<\/b> to lead the design and delivery of enterprise eCommerce solutions across global clients. This is a senior, client\-facing role where you will own end\-to\-end architecture<\/b>, lead technical discovery, and act as the trusted advisor across SFCC implementations. You will be responsible for shaping scalable, high\-performance commerce solutions and guiding teams through complex architecture and integration decisions.

Requirements<\/h3>Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Own end\-to\-end SFCC solution architecture<\/b> across projects
<\/li>- Lead client discovery workshops<\/b> and define solution approach
<\/li>- Design SFCC architecture patterns<\/b> (SFRA, headless, hybrid)
<\/li>- Define integration strategy<\/b> across OMS, PIM, payments, ERP, and third\-party services
<\/li>- Drive architecture decisions<\/b>, balancing scalability, performance, and business needs
<\/li>- Guide development teams and ensure adherence to SFCC best practices
<\/li> - Review technical designs and ensure high\-quality, scalable implementations
<\/li> - Act as the primary technical advisor<\/b> to clients and internal stakeholder

<\/div>Must\-have:<\/b>
<\/p>- Strong experience as an SFCC (Salesforce B2C Commerce) Solution Architect<\/b>
<\/li>- Proven track record of owning end\-to\-end architecture on SFCC implementations<\/b>
<\/li>- Experience leading client workshops and technical discussions<\/b>
<\/li>- Deep knowledge of:
<\/div>- SFRA and/or headless commerce
<\/li> - OCAPI / SCAPI
<\/li> - Commerce integrations (OMS, PIM, payments, ERP)
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Strong understanding of scalable eCommerce architecture and performance optimisation<\/b>
