The Solution Architect is ccountable for analyzing demands, architecture and designing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and defines solution architecture in line within SHS architecture principles
▪Orchestrates IT solutions from several IT services and ensures efficient and seamless solutions are provided across local operations and/or external providers
▪Is responsible for the secure design of systems and solutions

Your role:

  • You will lead complex IT transformation initiatives, owning the end-to-end solution strategy, architecture, delivery alignment, and business outcomes across strategic programs.
  • You will design and govern scalable, integrated solution architectures across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and cloud platforms, ensuring alignment between business capabilities, processes, data, integrations, APIs, and platform configurations.
  • You will drive cross-functional collaboration and co-creation with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, external system integrators, and service providers to shape and deliver future-ready technology solutions.
  • You will ensure seamless end-to-end business process integration across enterprise systems, enabling consistent data flows, operational efficiency, and scalable digital capabilities.
  • You will provide architectural leadership and technical oversight to implementation partners and vendors, challenging solution approaches, guiding delivery quality, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
  • You will establish and enforce architecture principles, governance standards, reusable design patterns, and best practices across concurrent transformation initiatives.
  • You will evaluate business and technical tradeoffs, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and drive resolution strategies to support successful program execution.
  • You will define solution quality standards, validation approaches, and acceptance criteria to ensure delivered solutions meet functional, operational, and adoption objectives.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise across enterprise business platforms, including CRM, ERP, and ITSM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow), with the ability to design integrated cross-platform solutions.
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise integrations, including APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization patterns across complex system landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data models, master data management principles, system interoperability, and integration technologies including REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead architectural discussions, influence strategic technology decisions, and align business and IT stakeholders across complex transformation programs.
  • Experience working with and governing external system integrators, consulting partners, and managed service providers within large enterprise initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML and intelligent automation capabilities within enterprise platforms (e.g., predictive insights, agentic workflows, analytics-driven functionality).
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments while managing multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position is:

$143,900 - $197,868

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
