Role Summary

At Vizmo<\/b>, this role will lead solution innovation, architecture, and technology advisory<\/b>, driving the development of scalable smart factory offerings<\/b>. You will be responsible for building a strong solution catalogue<\/b>, validating new ideas through PoCs, and ensuring all solutions are technically sound, market\-relevant, and easy to deploy<\/b>.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business<\/b>, and plays a key part in shaping Vizmo\u2019s Industry 4.0 roadmap<\/b>.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h1>Solution Ideation & Development
<\/h2>- Research and evaluate emerging technologies including:
- IIoT, AI/ML, predictive analytics
<\/li> - Robotics, digital twins, AR/VR (where relevant)
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Design and develop innovative smart factory solutions<\/b> (e.g., predictive maintenance, production monitoring, energy optimization)
<\/li>- Build and validate proof\-of\-concepts (PoCs)<\/b> to test feasibility and business value
<\/li>- Translate ideas into practical, deployable solutions<\/b> aligned with Vizmo\u2019s capabilities

Market & Customer Analysis
<\/h2>- Conduct market research and competitive bench\-marking<\/b> within Industry 4.0 and system integration space
<\/li>- Engage with clients to understand real manufacturing challenges and use cases<\/b>
<\/li>- Convert customer pain points into structured solution requirements<\/b>
<\/li>- Evaluate ROI, scalability, and business impact<\/b> of proposed solutions
<\/li><\/ul>
Solution Catalogue Development & Expansion
<\/h2>- Define solution architecture, features, and integration requirements<\/b>
<\/li>- Ensure compatibility with:
- MES, ERP, SCADA, and other industrial systems
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Build standardized, reusable solution frameworks<\/b>
<\/li>- Work with internal teams to create:
- Case studies
<\/li> - Solution documents
<\/li> - Technical playbooks
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Drive shift from custom projects → repeatable/productized solutions<\/b>

Sales Enablement & Technical Support
<\/h2>- Enable sales and pre\-sales teams with:
- Solution understanding
<\/li> - Technical positioning
<\/li> - Business value articulation
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Develop demo environments, presentations, and ROI calculators<\/b>
<\/li>- Support key client discussions with deep technical inputs and solution customization<\/b>

Cross\-Functional Collaboration
<\/h2>- Work closely with:
- Engineering & R&D → ensure feasibility and scalability
<\/li> - Delivery teams → ensure solutions are execution\-ready

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Requirements<\/h3>Technical Expertise:
<\/h3>- Strong background in:
- Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA)
<\/li> - IIoT architecture and platforms
<\/li> - Cloud (AWS / Azure)
<\/li> - System integration & industrial protocols
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Ability to design scalable, modular, and cost\-effective solutions<\/b>

Business & Product Thinking:

<\/li>- Experience in building or contributing to solution/product offerings<\/b>
<\/li>- Strong understanding of manufacturing use cases
