We are looking for a Solution Engineer who is passionate about troubleshooting complex technical issues, analyzing system behavior, and delivering excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend infrastructure, working knowledge of Python, and the ability to investigate production issues using monitoring and logging tools to identify root causes.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Monitor production systems and proactively identify service issues.

\u2022 Analyze application, infrastructure, and service logs to troubleshoot incidents.

\u2022 Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and work with engineering teams to drive issue resolution.

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Investigate customer\-reported issues and provide timely updates and resolutions.

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure high service reliability.

\u2022 Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and incident documentation.

\u2022 Track recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance system stability.

Must\-Have Skills<\/b>:

\u2022 0 to 1 years of experience in DevOps, Backend Infra, Site Reliability, or a related role.

\u2022 Good understanding of backend systems and infrastructure fundamentals.

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Working knowledge of Python & Javascript for debugging, log analysis, automation, or scripting tasks.

\u2022 Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

\u2022 Strong ability to analyze logs, trace issues across systems, and determine root causes.
