Solutions Architect

St. Fox is looking for a proactive and seasoned technically strong \nand client\-focused Solutions Architect with hands\-on experience in \ncybersecurity products and solutions. The ideal candidate will drive technical \nengagements with prospects, design secure architectures, conduct PoCs, and \nprovide post\-sales deployment and support, helping clients enhance their \nsecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Pre\-Sales:
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Engage with CISOs, IT security teams, and stakeholders to understand \ncybersecurity requirements.
<\/div>
\u2022 Design and present security solutions aligned to threats, compliance, \nand business risks.
<\/div>
\u2022 Deliver technical product demos for solutions like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, \nNDR, DLP, IAM, MFA, Firewall, Zero Trust, etc.
<\/div>
\u2022 Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical documentation and \nsolution design.
<\/div>
\u2022 Support the sales team in responding to RFPs/RFIs with detailed \ntechnical inputs.
<\/div>
\u2022 Design solution architecture in alignment with client needs and \ncompany offerings.
<\/div>
\u2022 Execute Proof\-of\-Concepts (PoCs) and simulations for attack detection, \nresponse workflows, and threat hunting.
<\/div>

Post\-Sales:
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 Lead deployment, configuration, and tuning of cybersecurity solutions \n(e.g., SIEM rules, EDR policies, firewall rulesets).
<\/div>
\u2022 Support incident response playbook creation, alert tuning, and \nintegration with existing tech stack (SOC/SIEM/SOAR).
<\/div>
\u2022 Conduct technical training for client SOC and IT teams post\ndeployment.
<\/div>
\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with OEMs \nand internal support teams.
<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain ongoing relationships with key technical stakeholders to \nensure solution effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements<\/h3>
Skills and Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 3\u20138 years in cybersecurity pre\-sales/post\-sales or technical consulting \nroles.
<\/div>
\u2022 Strong understanding of threat vectors, attack lifecycle, and defense \nmechanisms.
<\/div>
\u2022 Hands\-on experience with tools like:
<\/div>
o SIEM: Splunk, IBM QRadar, LogRhythm, ArcSight, etc.
<\/div>
o SOAR: Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Splunk Phantom, etc.
<\/div>
o EDR/XDR: CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Trellix, Microsoft Defender.
<\/div>
o Firewalls/NGFW: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco.
<\/div>
o IAM & PAM: Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
<\/div>
o Cloud Security:AWS/Azure/GCP security tools, CSPM, CWPP.
<\/div>
\u2022 Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, Zero Trust Architecture, \netc.
<\/div>
\u2022 Excellent client communication, technical documentation, and \npresentation skills.
