Solutions Consultant 3

A successful Customer Experience Architect acts as an SME for the suite of Adobe experience cloud

products and services. They enjoy designing transformational solutions and working directly with

customers to meet their business needs. An individual filling this role will work closely with the sales

counterparts to influence and accelerate large sales opportunities, globally. Provides thought leadership

and consultation throughout the life cycle of this transformation. This individual will act as a liaison

between the internal and external stakeholders to align the right delivery strategy, estimates, and timelines to

service client requirements.

Job Description

a. Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving

multiple customer opportunities in parallel and

b. Prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions design, engagement &

execution approach, timelines , estimates.

c. Lead deep discovery sessions with clients to understand their key business needs,

implementation use cases and technical requirements. Communicate confidently

and pro-actively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-sales

cycle.

d. Problem solve, build strategies and create innovative solution architectures uniquely

tailored to customer objectives. Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and

scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements.

e. Help customers understand Adobe’s diverse capabilities to drive transformation

f. Continuously improve the Solution Architecture team’s knowledge, methodologies,

and customer-facing collateral

g. Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.

h. Identify business problems and tie your proposed solutions to measurable success

criteria

i. Excellent customer-facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving

consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)

j. Trusted colleague who can collaborate with multiple team members to arrive at the

best solution

k. High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and

technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines

2. Role Requirements

a. 10+ years of experience in technical/ business / services pre-sales consulting,

working as a solution architect with multiple Adobe Experience cloud products

Prior knowledge of Adobe Experience cloud products is a must. Ideal

profile would be candidates with a combination of two or more Adobe DX

Products. Classic examples would be profiles with a combination below

• AEM, Commerce, AA /CJA, AT

• AEP, AJO, Adobe Campaign

b. Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as

personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of

experiences

c. Understanding of the Digital Experience platform landscape and experience with

relevant Digital strategies and technologies , In-depth understanding of the typical

use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, CDP,

Ecommerce, DAM, Mobile strategies, Web Content Management, Rich internet

applications, Web Social Analytics, Marketing Automation, Online Ad targeting,

Content Personalization etc.)

d. AI & Agentic AI :

• Knowledge level: should have the basic understanding of ML/

Gen AI & Agentic aspects and the value drivers they bring to the

table within the DX Stack.

• Architecture: Should be comfortable handling discussions on

integrating conversational AI, RAG Frameworks, MCP s & Agentic

orchestration from a customer context and Adobe ‘s DX Solutions.

• Nice to have:AI related governance, Responsible AI, Deployment

protocols for production ready AI integrations.

e. Drive pre-sales activities to position successful delivery of customer solutions and

accelerate sales pipeline. Orchestrate actions across product and delivery groups for

seamless project execution.

f. Experience in leading workshops to define and prioritise client requirements and

required Capabilities. Ability to ask hard questions during workshops and suggest

best practices and efficient ways of implementing business processes

g. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business

processes across disparate systems.

h. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to

guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask.

i. Time Zone considerations: Should be open to collaborating with sales,

regional solution architects, customers etc across the Pacific & Eastern Standard

Time Zones. This will mean typical late nights sometimes extending post

midnight IST.

j. Leadership: This is a highly visible, commercially impactful, Individual

contributor role which would require a self starting go getter with clear willingness

to collaborate across a complex eco system and do what it takes to close the

opportunity.

3. Desirable but not essential

a. Certification with Adobe experience cloud products

b. Understanding of custom software development processes and engagement

methodologies

c. Experience in managing agile development projects

d. Experience as Consulting Manager or Senior Manager in a large consulting

organization

e. Has experience that spans across delivery roles as well as contributions in the presales

domain.

f. Hands on AI & Agentic architectural & deployment capabilities
