Solutions Engineer Backend
You will guide enterprise customers through the end to end deployment of our platform. You will assess environments (cloud, on premise, hybrid) and translate product capabilities into practical deployment plans. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customer engineers, designing integration patterns and architecture diagrams. You will collaborate with product managers and internal engineers to resolve requests and remove blockers. You will lead technical workshops, solution validation sessions, and create reusable reference architectures for common customer patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the post-sales technical onboarding process, guiding enterprise customers through architecture reviews, API integrations, and deployment alignment.
- Assess customer environments (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) and advise on best practices for implementing our platform.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer engineering teams throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
- Translate product capabilities into actionable implementation plans that align with the customer's tech stack and business use cases.
- Design and validate integration patterns, architecture diagrams, and deployment flows.
- Act as a strategic conduit between Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product, ensuring feedback loops are efficient and solutions are scalable.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and internal engineers to resolve customer requests and surface implementation blockers.
- Conduct technical workshops, solution validation sessions, and integration health checks with customer teams.
- Develop implementation playbooks and reusable reference architectures for common customer patterns.
Requirements
- Experience working with enterprise customers in post-sales, solution consulting, or technical account management roles.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI CD pipelines.
- Hands-on with infrastructure as code Terraform CDK or CloudFormation.
- Experience with Kafka Redis or similar systems in real-time architectures.
