Solutions Engineer
YOU will guide customers through the technical journey from inquiry to onboarding. YOU will lead workshops and product demos, translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape features that meet customer needs. YOU will build trust with clients by understanding their requirements and providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and product demos through the pre and post sales cycles, driving technical workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and presentations to Executive sponsors.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their business requirements, expectations, and technical support needs, including client technical architecture.
- Collaborate with Executive Directors, Product Management and Engineering Teams to contribute to the development of new product features.
- Act as a client advocate by providing feedback to internal teams.
- Clearly communicate client requirements to the Sales Team for their calls.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills to explain APIs and create compelling technical demos.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related accreditation.
- 5-8+ years in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar).
- 5+ years deep knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, payments, and/or trading.
- Prior experience in both pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements and projects.
- Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.
