Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for technical, professional, and leadership-level positions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent research to identify target candidate pools.
  • Perform candidate outreach, engagement, and initial qualification activities.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent market trends.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, candidate engagement, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems.
  • Support diversity sourcing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
  • Continuously explore new sourcing tools, techniques, and channels to improve hiring outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Lead, Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries and functions.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Available to start immediately or on short notice.
