Sourcing Specialist
Job Details
Essential Function
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across hard-to-fill and niche roles
- Leverage data and market intelligence to identify talent pools, emerging trends, and competitive insights
- Utilize sourcing tools, platforms, and databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, ATS/CRM) to identify and engage passive candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Partner closely with Recruiter and hiring managers, to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Evaluate sourcing performance and metrics to continually optimize processes.
- Manage new unit and facility openings
- Minimum 75% sourcing w/ up to 25% project work
- Participate in additional project-based work; Referrals, Displaced employees, Marketing/Advertising and Hiring events
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and passive candidate engagement.• Strong ability to interpret talent market data and sourcing metrics to guide strategy.• Skilled at building and maintaining pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Sfunctional teams.• Proficient with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS/CRM).• Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume sourcing and project work.• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.• Strong customertrong relationship-building and collaboration skills with hiring partners and cross--service orientation and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
Work Experience
Two years of recruiter work experience required
Sourcing experience preferred
A strong background in customer service preferred
Clear examples of community involvement preferred
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates to meet the organization’s current and future staffing needs. This role focuses on sourcing clinical and non-clinical talent using a variety of tools and strategies, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support timely, high-quality hiring while ensuring compliance with healthcare hiring standards.
