  • Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambar, chutneys, rice items, and meals

  • Ensure taste, quality, and consistency of all food items

  • Plan daily menu in coordination with management
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in purchasing raw materials
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize wastage
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage kitchen helpers and ensure smooth kitchen operations

  • Ensure timely preparation and serving of food

    Requirements:<\/b>
