SPA Receptionist
Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries
Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry and filing
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Assist with appointment scheduling and daily coordination
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, responsible, and well-organised
Basic computer skills (e.g. email, data entry)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Prior receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage
Training will be provided for suitable candidates
