SPA Receptionist

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries

  • Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry and filing

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

  • Assist with appointment scheduling and daily coordination

  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Service-oriented, responsible, and well-organised

  • Basic computer skills (e.g. email, data entry)

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage

  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates
