SPA THERAPIST

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with a variety of professional massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.

• Proactively communicate with guests during massage sessions, adjusting techniques and pressure based on their feedback.

• Handle guest complaints reasonably and report any accidents to the supervisor immediately.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room linens, and ensure all instruments and equipment are thoroughly sterilized before each use.

• Clearly explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and recommend suitable options according to their needs.

• Regularly check room supplies and immediately report any shortages to the supervisor for replenishment.

• Carefully ask guests about their medical history and allergies before providing any spa services to ensure safety.

Requirements:

• A relevant Massage Certificate or Diploma is preferred.

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist with proficient techniques.

• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach.

• Good verbal expression and communication skills.

• Exceptional customer service awareness and adaptability.

• Patient and respectful towards guests, with a warm and approachable personality.
