SPA THERAPIST

Kai Residences is looking for an experienced Spa Therapist to be part of our Spa & Wellness team, serving our guests at our confinement care centre in the vicinity of Newton area.

Roles & Responsibilities of a Spa Therapist

• Provide professional spa treatments such as body massages, postnatal therapies, body scrubs, facials, and wellness treatments in accordance with company standards.

• Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments, products, and wellness programmes.

• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable treatment environment at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools before and after each session.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially when attending to postnatal or confinement clients.

• Explain treatment procedures clearly to clients and address any concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and client feedback.

• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products when appropriate.

• Uphold excellent customer service and create a calm, relaxing experience for clients.

• Work closely with the Spa & Wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Adhere to company policies, professional ethics, and confidentiality standards.
