It is an exciting time to take part in our journey to inspire sneaker culture. We are looking for a data-driven, passionate, and diligent multitasker to join our Optimization Team as an Analyst. This role involves collaborative cross-functional working relationships with Allocation, Visual Merchandising, Construction, and Planning to optimally set up stores and drive efficiency across our organization. Responsibilities Support data integrity and management activities across various optimization projects. Utilize Power BI to extract and analyze key data points to provide transparency and insights into project performance and outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in global meetings related to optimization processes and document minutes as required. Manage program tracking and ad-hoc reporting for optimization initiatives. Understand and support strategic plans and standards across the optimization lifecycle process. Willingness to travel to local markets and stores as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field are a plus) Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to pull data from multiple sources. Strong organizational skills and ability to work within tight timelines. Basic knowledge of our business with the ability to communicate findings and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable with video conferencing via Teams. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
