Spares Pricing Specialist

  1. MAIN OBJECTIVES
  • Calculate and organize sales prices for spare parts and spare part families
  • Calculate and maintain quantity discount scales for volume spare parts and spare per families
  • Define and maintain margin range for respective spares products with BU management
  • Generate, distribute and maintain spares pricelists (general & customer specific)
  • Ensure pricelists are updated and maintained accurately in the respective ERP systems

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Responsible for maintenance and adherence of the Spares pricing policy in cooperation with Spares & BU Management
  • Calculation and organization of sales prices for spare parts and spare part families in accordance with the valid spares pricing policy
  • Ensure consistency of the pricing structure across all spares products and BOMs
    (bill of material)
  • Generate and maintain all required price lists for spares products and ensure respective data are updated timely and accurately into the respective ERP systems.
  • Cooperate closely with OEM spares agreement (contract) team to define contract pricing and discount levels in accordance with Business Development requirements.
  • Perform regular margin analyses to ensure margin targets are continuously met and/or exceeded.
  • Drive cost down activities in cooperation with spares sourcing to continuously reduce COGS and improve margins
  • Provide required data and information for regular SarbOx audits in cooperation with department management and internal company audit teams.
  • Support department reporting and KPI analysis

  • Authorized to participate in Spares Pricing strategy development
  • Authorized to coordinate cost-down activities with Cohu sourcing team
  • Authorized to communicate spares sales prices to Sales and Sales Service Representatives
  • Drive implementation of automation and system improvements in pricing processes
  • Authorized to perform any task assigned from superior or Senior Pricing Specialist

    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or product costing, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and pricing/CPQ tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience transitioning to data tools (Power BI, SQL, Python is a plus)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, RPA) and emerging AI solutions (e.g., Copilot, predictive analytics)
  • Must be able to communicate in English verbally and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
