Special Projects Plumbing Foreman

EMC Mechanical Services is searching for a Plumbing Foreman to join our Special Projects team! The Plumbing Foreman is the direct leader of the Plumbing Mechanics and Helpers on each jobsite. This position is responsible for maintaining a productive work environment. This includes being on site at least 30 minutes prior to start time.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify install schedules, as well as daily and weekly schedules for on-site mechanics and helpers.
• Supervise mechanics and helpers, including arrival time on the job, quality of work being completed, and company vehicle condition.
• Order materials based off of specs, submittals, and takeoff to ensure that the materials are on site when needed.
• Responsible for installs per code/spec.
