Specialist, Accounting (6 months contract)

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for General Ledger and Project Accounting functions.

What You Will Do:

  • This role is to support General Ledger and Project Accounting functions as follows:
  • Prepare recurring journal entries for the month, for the region of 13 countries.
  • Prepare reconciliations for countries in the region.
  • Support in Project Accounting cleanup effort.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

  • Diploma in accountancy or business administration.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Attention to detail and good working attitude and ethics, with strong sense of responsibility.
  • A fast learner and good team player.
  • Ability to obtain familiarity with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.
