We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing to join our Custody Services team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Accurately capturing and processing data from a range of data providers
• Communicating with clients via email and phone to resolve queries and provide updates
• Delivering high-quality work within tight, market-driven deadlines
• Ensuring the precise processing of transactions through detailed data analysis
• Navigating and utilizing multiple bespoke systems to input, manage, and extract data efficiently

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Strong Excel skills, including the use of formulas
• Exceptional attention to detail, with proven experience identifying and correcting errors in processes
• The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• A high level of numeracy and analytical thinking
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn — no prior experience required

Additional experience that will set you apart:

• Experience working with non-Microsoft or bespoke systems
• A background in data reconciliation
• Familiarity with workflow systems requiring detailed diary/note updates
• Experience within Financial Services
• An interest in, or exposure to, AI in the workplace

• Experience handling and working with customer data
