Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance Representative

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance Representative to join our Insights - Investments Client Reporting team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Processing and reviewing of regulatory reports, bespoke, Factsheet, Investment & meeting packs for Institutional clients, client service team and Portfolio Managers.
• Perform detailed checks on holdings, performance, attribution, exposures, and benchmark data.
• Reconcile data across reporting platforms and investigate discrepancies.
• Partners with global teams including Performance, Portfolio Management, Client Services, Fund Accounting, Data Management, and Audit.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation including SOPs, approvals, and report circulation logs.
• Contribute to automation, standardization, and process‑efficiency initiatives within the reporting team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Client Reporting, Performance Reporting, or Investment Operations.
• Strong understanding of investment products (Fixed Income, LDI, Multi‑Asset, Equity, structured products).
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, automation preferred).
• Experience with reporting tools like Vermilion Suite, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones.
• Clear and structured communication skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
