Specialist, HR (Talent Acquisition)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Specialist, HR (Talent Acquisition) to support recruitment activities and local HR operations. This role will coordinate hiring across both engineering (white-collar) and technician(blue-collar) roles, while assisting with onboarding and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination: Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Sourcing Support: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, internal databases, and recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and support timelines.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding activities and ensure proper documentation is completed in line with company guidelines.
  • Work Pass & HR Admin: Support the preparation and coordination of work pass applications and general HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition in Singapore is preferred.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to support and coordinate multiple tasks.
