Specialist Invoice Verification (m/f/d)
In this role, you will:
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels against supplier invoices and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and analyze discrepancy reports, identifying stock variances and shortages within the ERP system (AWS).
- Utilize AWS and Microsoft Excel on a daily basis to perform data analysis, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Germany, Ukraine, and Poland to support operational efficiency and resolve inventory-related issues
Our expectations:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems as well as MS Office
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and implement effective solutions
- Conscientious, reliable, and efficient working style
- Independent, well-organized, and transparent approach to tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
- Fluent in Russian and intermediate level of English
