As a Specialist– Product Management, you'll lead regulatory monitoring and analysis activities, while driving product impact and continuous improvement across the FinTech landscape.

In this role, you'll utilize your expertise in financial regulatory reporting, product management, and team leadership to ensure high-quality regulatory intelligence is translated into actionable product insights, while keeping key stakeholders informed of the latest regulatory developments.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee regulatory monitoring activities across major regulators
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage and that no relevant regulatory updates impacting product scope are missed
  • Drive high-quality analysis of regulatory and financial information and ensure consistency of outputs across the team
  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of analysts, providing guidance, prioritization, and escalation support
  • Oversee the creation, monitoring, and governance of JIRAs related to regulatory analysis and product impact
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Pre-sales teams to assess scope of client requests and provide strategic input on coverage and future opportunities
  • Ensure delivery of weekly regulatory newsletters to internal and external stakeholders with high accuracy and relevance
  • Act as an escalation point for issues, risks, or missed regulatory updates and manage mitigation actions
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and implementation of automation and AI initiatives across regulatory monitoring workflows

We expect you to have:

  • At least 6-12 years of financial/regulatory reporting experiences, preferably in financial services industry

  • Proven experience in financial regulatory reporting across one or more jurisdictions
  • Solid experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Regulatory functions within financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex regulatory publications and translate them into business and product requirements
  • Experience delivering against planned objectives while managing shifting priorities and stakeholder demands
  • Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong experience working with JIRA or similar workflow management tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across global stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to drive initiatives and manage team deliverables independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or other aligned business or technology disciplines
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high degree of professionalism

  • Ability to speak or read in another European or foreign language
  • Existing relationships or exposure to banks, regulators, or financial institutions within the major regions
  • Experience in automation, data-driven processes, or AI initiatives within regulatory or product environments
