SGD 8,000 - 12,000 per month (Base + Variable / Profit Sharing)

About the Role

We are seeking a registered Specialist Professional Engineer (SPE - Lift & Escalator/ PE (M or E)) to join our fast-growing statutory inspection practice in Singapore.

This role is ideal for experienced SPE professionals looking for higher earning potential, flexible work arrangements, and a clear pathway towards partnership.

You will play a key role in statutory inspections, PTO certifications, and ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct statutory inspections, examinations, and testing of lift and escalator systems

- Endorse and sign off inspection reports and certificates for Permit-to-Operate (PTO)

- Supervise Lift and Escalator Inspectors (LEI)

- Provide technical advisory to clients on compliance and rectification

- Liaise with building owners, contractors, and authorities

- Ensure compliance with PEB professional standards

Requirements

- Registered Specialist Professional Engineer (SPE - Lift & Escalator) with PEB Singapore

- Valid Practising Certificate (Mechanical or Electrical)

- Strong knowledge of BCA, WSHA, SS550 / SS626

- Experience in statutory inspection and certification work

- Ability to independently endorse PTO submissions
