Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment.
- Knowledge of end-to-end air and sea freight export/import operations.
- Collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including through telephone communication.
- Demonstrates effective time management skills to consistently meet deadlines
- Demonstrates a proactive approach by anticipating potential issues and recommending alternative solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.
- Adapt quickly to changes in process, scope, or arrangements.
- Consistently deliver high-quality performance in daily operations.
Preferred Educational Background / Work Experience
- Work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
- 3 years of experience in air freight and sea freight operation
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Other languages (written and spoken) beneficial
Computer Literacy
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Excel – advanced skills
- CargoWise One experience is an advantage.
Working Condition
- Onsite Work
- Available to work flexible schedules, including overnight (graveyard) shifts.
- Available to work on rest days and holidays if required.
- Willing to work overtime as required.
