You will work with AI trainers & consultants serving as the central coordination point for program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. Your focus will be on program governance, resource coordination, risk management, and ensuring the team delivers against enterprise AI strategy and business priorities.
What You'll Do
Program Leadership & Strategic Execution
• Develop end-to-end program delivery: Define roadmap, milestones, success metrics, and delivery cadence for global AI deployment across multiple business units and geographies
• Align with enterprise strategy: Partner with AI leadership, business unit heads, and technology stakeholders to ensure program priorities reflect organizational objectives and maximize ROI
• Drive continuous improvement: Implement feedback loops, capture lessons learned, and optimize processes to improve deployment velocity, training effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Manage business leader relationships: Build trust with senior stakeholders through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and consistent delivery against commitments
• Translate technical progress into business value: Create executive dashboards, business reviews, and impact reports that articulate ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic outcomes in business language
• Monitor delivery health and intervene proactively: Track KPIs (use case velocity, training completion rates, stakeholder satisfaction, business impact), identify risks early, and deploy mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality and consistency: Define standards for use case documentation, training materials, deployment playbooks, and delivery artifacts - conducting quality reviews and compliance audits
What You Bring
• Program/project management track record: 5-7+ years managing complex, multi-workstream programs with distributed teams, ideally in technology deployment, training, or organizational transformation
• Global program coordination experience: Demonstrated success coordinating remote teams across 3+ time zones and diverse cultural contexts
• Stakeholder management at scale: Proven ability to manage relationships with senior executives, business unit leaders, and cross-functional partners in large organizations
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts: Ability to understand AI capabilities and limitations, engage in technical discussions with consultants and product teams, and assess feasibility of proposed solutions (deep technical expertise not required, but comfort with technology essential)
• Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to distill complex programs into clear executive narratives, business cases, and impact stories
• Risk and issue management: Proactive identification of risks, structured problem-solving, and decisive coordination to keep programs on track despite ambiguity
