Role Summary:

The mandate for this position is to manage and drive complete process ownership of sourcing and research strategies for high-volume store hiring, identify talent pools, and screen candidates for open headcounts across store locations. In this role, you will take total accountability for the execution, speed, and compliance of the recruitment process, working closely with Managers, Store Directors, and People Business Partners on an assignment basis to fulfill business hiring demands. This role is essential to the team, and applicants must be able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving, and evolving environment while maintaining strict governance over their assigned requisitions. Flexibility to work in varying shifts is required based on organizational and business requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of prior research/sourcing experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream is a must (Master's Degree is desirable)

  • Must be tech savvy; proficient in Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM's with the ability to learn additional programs as needed

Role Description:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and delivery workflows for assigned store positions.

  • Sources and identifies high-quality candidates for open store positions.

  • Develops creative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms, and advanced networking channels.

  • Screens applicants and conducts virtual interviews tailored to specific U.S.-based store hiring requirements.

  • Governs candidate pipelines and ensures a seamless process experience for all business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates strong communication, comprehension, and candidate engagement skills.

  • Partners directly with Recruiters, Store Directors, People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to guide alignment and process execution.

  • Builds robust stakeholder relationships through clear operational communication and consultative workflow delivery.

  • Manages fast-paced hiring demands with total responsibility for accuracy, data integrity, and compliance within recruitment systems.

  • Shares proactive market insights and hiring trends to optimize regional recruitment effectiveness.

  • Supports sourcing for difficult-to-fill positions and drives structural hiring solutions.

  • Maintains strong hands-on operational knowledge of Workday and Phenom (experience with these tools is an added advantage).

  • Supports special projects and core business initiatives as required.

  • Identifies process gaps and takes direct ownership of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regional recruitment performance.

  • Contributes innovative solutions to bolster overall team effectiveness and stakeholder experience.

  • Ensures rigorous compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and internal/external audits.
