Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Speciality Clinic RN, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health.   • Monitor the patient flow throughout the clinic areas.
  • Assist Practice Manager or Healthcare Provider with clinical staffing issue within department and/or related to other departments.
  • Delegate tasks to clinical staff and create the clinical staff schedules as requested.
  • Facilitate training and orientation to the clinical staff members.
  • Assess and triage patients for appropriate department within the clinic.
  • Accurately obtain health history and rectifies medications.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 2 years related experience in a specialty clinic (e.g. Oncology,Neurology, Cardiology, etc.)
  • 2 years supervisory-level experience
  • Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
