Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Speciality Clinic RN, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. - Monitor the patient flow throughout the clinic areas.
- Assist Practice Manager or Healthcare Provider with clinical staffing issue within department and/or related to other departments.
- Delegate tasks to clinical staff and create the clinical staff schedules as requested.
- Facilitate training and orientation to the clinical staff members.
- Assess and triage patients for appropriate department within the clinic.
- Accurately obtain health history and rectifies medications.
Job Requirements
Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 2 years related experience in a specialty clinic (e.g. Oncology,Neurology, Cardiology, etc.)
- 2 years supervisory-level experience
- Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
Preferred
- Bachelors Of Nursing
