Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Experienced Clinician

Do you feel like you’ve spent years building your clinical expertise while everything else around it has gotten harder? Administrative tasks that expand to fill whatever time you have left, a schedule that doesn't bend when life requires it, the feeling that your experience isn’t valued in your everyday work?

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that, we have to do things differently: our clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and compensation models, we work in a true interdisciplinary model; and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!

What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.
