What You\u2019ll Do:<\/b>
<\/div>\u2022 Provide in\-home speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
<\/div>
\u2022 Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
<\/div>
\u2022 Deliver functional communication and feeding interventions.
<\/div>
\u2022 Educate patients and families to support progress and safety.
<\/div>
\u2022 Document care in EMR to support clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>\u2022 Active Minnesota SLP license.
<\/div>
\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation.
<\/div>
\u2022 EMR experience preferred.
<\/div>
\u2022 Strong interest in independent, home\-based care.
<\/div>
