Our Early Intervention Center is a multidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation setup dedicated to comprehensive assessment, intervention, and family\-centered care for children with neurodevelopmental disorders from 0\u201313 years of age.<\/span> The center functions with an expert multidisciplinary team comprising:<\/span> * Doctors\-Rehab Physician<\/span> * Speech Language Pathologists<\/span> * Physiotherapists<\/span> * Occupational Therapists<\/span> * Clinical Psychologists<\/span> * Special Educators <\/span><\/span> * <\/span> <\/span>Developmental Therapists<\/span> We provide evidence\-based, child\-centered intervention for children with:<\/span> * Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)<\/span> * Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)<\/span> * Cerebral Palsy<\/span> * Global Developmental Delay (GDD)<\/span> * Speech & Language Disorders<\/span> * Genetic Conditions including Down Syndrome<\/span> * Feeding & Swallowing Difficulties<\/span> * Other Neurodevelopmental Disorders<\/span> Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)\-Role Overview<\/span> The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, intervention planning, therapy implementation, caregiver counseling, and multidisciplinary coordination for children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and social interaction difficulties.<\/span> The position offers extensive clinical exposure in pediatric neurodevelopmental rehabilitation with opportunities for interdisciplinary learning, advanced therapeutic approaches, academic discussions, and community outreach program.<\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b> 1. Assessment & Evaluation<\/span> * Conduct detailed speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing assessments<\/span> * Identify receptive and expressive language difficulties<\/span> * Assess articulation, phonology, fluency, voice, and social communication skills<\/span> * Evaluate prelinguistic and pre\-communication skills in young children<\/span> * Perform oral motor and feeding assessments<\/span> * Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans<\/span> 2. Therapy & Intervention<\/span> Provide evidence\-based intervention including:<\/span> Speech & Language Therapy<\/span> * Language stimulation therapy<\/span> * Receptive and expressive language intervention<\/span> * Articulation and phonological therapy<\/span> * Fluency shaping and stuttering intervention<\/span> * Pragmatic and social communication training<\/span> <\/span> Feeding & Oral Placement Therapy<\/span> * Oral motor stimulation<\/span> * Feeding intervention for sensory and motor feeding difficulties<\/span> * Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) approaches using specialized feeding kits and tools<\/span> <\/span> AAC & Communication Support<\/span> * Use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems<\/span> * PECS/AWAS and picture\-based communication systems<\/span> * Visual schedules and communication aids<\/span> <\/span> Technology\-Assisted Therapy<\/span> * Therapy through game\-oriented digital applications<\/span> * Use of immersive and semi\-immersive therapy environments<\/span> * Virtual reality\-based engagement activities for communication and interaction enhancement<\/span> <\/span> 3. Multidisciplinary Coordination<\/span> * Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, doctors, and developmental therapists<\/span> * Participate in interdisciplinary case planning and goal setting<\/span> * Contribute to holistic rehabilitation planning and outcome monitoring<\/span> <\/span> 4. Parent Counseling & Family Training<\/span> * Conduct parent guidance and counseling sessions<\/span> * Educate caregivers regarding home\-based language stimulation and communication strategies<\/span> * Train families in feeding techniques, behavior support, and AAC usage<\/span> * Support family\-centered intervention approaches<\/span> 5. Academic & Professional Activities<\/span> * Participate in weekly academic discussions and case presentations<\/span> * Attend multidisciplinary clinical reviews and team meetings<\/span> * Engage in evidence\-based learning and skill enhancement activities<\/span> * Opportunity for exposure to advanced pediatric rehabilitation practices<\/span> 6.
