Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)\-Role Overview<\/span>
<\/p>

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, intervention planning, therapy implementation, caregiver counseling, and multidisciplinary coordination for children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and social interaction difficulties.<\/span>
<\/p>

The position offers extensive clinical exposure in pediatric neurodevelopmental rehabilitation with opportunities for interdisciplinary learning, advanced therapeutic approaches, academic discussions, and community outreach program.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

1. Assessment & Evaluation<\/span>
<\/p>

* Conduct detailed speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing assessments<\/span>
<\/p>

* Identify receptive and expressive language difficulties<\/span>
<\/p>

* Assess articulation, phonology, fluency, voice, and social communication skills<\/span>
<\/p>

* Evaluate prelinguistic and pre\-communication skills in young children<\/span>
<\/p>

* Perform oral motor and feeding assessments<\/span>
<\/p>

* Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans<\/span>
