  The Sr <\/span><\/span>Accountant<\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>is responsible for a range of accounting and business support functions, including but not limited to compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data, as well as performing audits and resolving discrepancies for our third\-party services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain effective internal controls to ensure transactions follow Company policies and are properly reflected on the financial statements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Must be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Act as a business partner to cross\-functional teams particularly retail, marketing, supply chain, and operations helping them understand financial impacts of business decisions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting processes and workflows. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Lead or participate in accounting\-related projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Support, mentor, and provide guidance to junior accounting staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the accounting team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Complete ad hoc projects to support the accounting, reporting, and finance operations, as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Complete month\-end close duties accurately and timely (e.g. recording, performing variance analysis, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Prepares and/or reviews and approves staff journal entries/G/L account reconciliation/balance sheet accounts reconciliations. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Analyze balances to ensure accuracy. Identify and communicate unreconciled items to management.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin,<\/b> with the ability to effectively communicate across various organizational levels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • \u200bActive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Minimum 3 years of accounting and/or finance experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Advanced understanding and knowledge in accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks, NetSuite<\/span><\/span> is a big plus<\/span><\/span><\/b>, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Accounting and/or finance experience in the eCommerce and/or Consumer Product Goods (CPG)/ Supply Chain industry.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
