The Sr Associate / Lead for the STEM Education Program will oversee the implementation of the program in schools. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Operational know\-how, effective trainer management, strong stakeholder relations, and effective data handling will ensure success in the role toward supporting Bhumi\u2019s vision and mission. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

About the Program:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The STEM Education program is a three\-year intervention focusing on improving the capacity of the students and teachers in delivering high\-quality instruction and ensuring that it impacts each student in the intervening grades.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

The STEM lab will serve as the incubation center for the Government school students in developing their creativity & 21st century skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Role and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • The Lead will oversee 10\u201320 schools and manage a team of trainers within the assigned district.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders, including officials from the Education Department, school principals, and teachers, to ensure successful project implementation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor and evaluate data from schools and Trainers of the designated district.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure transparency and alignment on program efficiency and effectiveness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Education Qualifications and Experience:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/div>
    • Graduation with a minimum of 2 years experience <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience working with schools and the education system <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Operation Management skills for effective delivery of the program <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in reporting, training, and data handling <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to manage and mentor the team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
