¿Te apasiona el crecimiento de los negocios y la tecnología? En DiDi Tu Negocio buscamos un Business Developer enfocado en la aceleración y desarrollo de cuentas en su etapa inicial. Tu misión principal será actuar como el motor de crecimiento para los restaurantes que se acaban de integrar a nuestra plataforma, operando de manera estratégica, consultiva y principalmente remota. Buscamos a un experto en éxito del cliente (Inside Sales/Costumer Success) que tome el liderazgo durante las primeras semanas de vida de los nuevos aliados. Tu objetivo será analizar a fondo su modelo de negocio, entender su máximo potencial y guiarlos para que dominen por completo el uso de la plataforma. A través de tu asesoría, asegurarás que cada nuevo restaurante traduzca su reciente registro en un despegue comercial exitoso, dejándolos encaminados, activos y listos para operar con autonomía

Role Responsibilities

  • Acelerar la etapa inicial: Contactar e impulsar a los restaurantes recién integrados a la plataforma para garantizar una adopción rápida, efectiva y de alto impacto comercial en sus primeras semanas de operación.
  • Venta Consultiva y Diagnóstico: Analizar el perfil de cada negocio para identificar su encaje perfecto con nuestro producto, descubrir su potencial de crecimiento y entregarles planes de acción a la medida.
  • Educación estratégica (Know-how): Guiar y capacitar a los socios comerciales para que comprendan a fondo el valor y las herramientas de DiDi Tu Negocio, asegurando que maximicen sus ventas y dominen la plataforma.
  • Gestión Comercial Dinámica: Ejecutar estrategias de contacto continuo a través de canales digitales y telefónicos, optimizando cada interacción para lograr un alto volumen de cuentas activadas y rentables de manera remota.
  • Monitoreo y Transición: Dar seguimiento a las métricas clave de desempeño y, una vez que el restaurante alcance su nivel de madurez óptimo y adopción total, prepararlo exitosamente para su siguiente fase dentro del ecosistema de DiDi.

Role Qualifications

  • Experiencia: 2 a 3 años en Customer Success (con enfoque comercial), Inside Sales o Account Management (Tech, Delivery o SaaS).
  • Mentalidad Ganadora: Alta motivación por cumplir y sobrepasar constantemente tus metas comerciales.
  • Perfil Consultivo: Habilidad para diagnosticar negocios, resolver objeciones y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.
  • Comunicación: Gran capacidad para conectar y persuadir a dueños y gerentes de restaurantes.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio.
  • Herramientas: Manejo de CRM (Salesforce o similares) y dominio de Excel / G-Suite.
