<\/p><\/div>- Identify<\/span>, gather, and document business requirements for the MMIS Modernization initiative.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Track requirement changes from original project scope through Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to final module\-specific requirements.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Conduct<\/span> <\/span>JAD sessions involving end\-users, business analysts, software developers, and QA teams.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Perform business systems planning, procedural development, and implementation validation.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Documentation & Delivery<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/p><\/div>- Produce comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) encompassing background, process flows, business requirements, and operational impacts.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Manage business contingency planning and problem\-<\/span>solving for<\/span> <\/span>complex system modernizations.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

<\/p><\/div>- Generate effective AI prompts to <\/span><\/span>assist<\/span> <\/span>in the creation of <\/span><\/span>MMIS business <\/span><\/span>requirements, BRD sections, and test scenarios.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Evaluate AI\-generated responses for accuracy and relevance, iteratively revising prompts to improve output quality.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Stakeholder Engagement<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/p><\/div>- Develop and <\/span><\/span>maintain<\/span> <\/span>strong working relationships with stakeholders and clients.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Strong MMIS experience in a CLIENT environment\u202f(state agency perspective) rather than solely a vendor\-module perspective.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Proven experience gathering requirements and planning business systems for large\-scale IT modernizations.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- In\-depth knowledge of <\/span><\/span>the <\/span><\/span>Software<\/span> <\/span>Development Life Cycle (SDLC)<\/span> <\/span>and BABOK<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Demonstrated ability to write strong\u202fBUSINESS\u202frequirements (distinguished from functional or technical requirements).<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
