Job Description

OBJECTIVE

  • Help BU head design and implement team meeting, team building etc., to make sure high-quality team interaction.
  • Establish good connection and ensure effective working model with other internal functions.
  • Provide professional and efficient administrative support to team.

  • Logistics support:

- Time management: Set up and reschedule meetings, etc.

- Travel management: transportation, accommodation and other logistics.

- Deal with personal reimbursement

- Other urgent affairs

  • Team support:
  • Support BU head to build up a trustworthy, transparent, healthy working environment
  • Organize team meeting on a regular basis, invite relevant BPs to join team meetings and deliver important topics, discuss with team members to find interested topics to support team’s learning and best sharing practice.
  • Design team building and ensure its good implementation
  • Work with compliance ambassador and compliance BP to schedule trainings and set up healthy monitoring system
  • Provide new team member orientation and logistics support

All administration support including prepare seats, accounts, equipment Introduce Takeda system and policy to new joiner Apply for the access authority of daily work systems and add key meetings and events to their calendar Prepare relevant guidebooks Block time for necessary 1 on 1 Invite new employee to join team DL and WeChat, etc. Arrange office tour

  • Team Motivation Support:

People caring design e.g., newly-married, new-born employees Set up monthly birthday celebration to team etc.

- Team Project and daily work support

Arrange document signature and stamp Update contact list and team org-chart Keep good communication with other functions and pass important information to team Resolve team administration, finance, procurement, compliance problems

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education

Bachelor’s degree or above;

Working Experience in Relevant Field

Over 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Familiar with the pharmaceutical finance and procurement related policy and process

Expert in handling MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
