[Role Overview]

The Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing regional channel marketing strategies that build & enrich product portfolio, drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline growth, and expand partner engagement. This role partners closely with sales, offering managements, global product & marketing and regional teams to deliver growth enabler and leaver.

[What you will do]

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve key marketing KPIs and accelerate revenue and business growth.
  • Analyze business data and market trends to generate insights, evaluate their potential impact on the business, and communicate findings to enable proactive actions.
  • Portfolio management: Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with global and regional product teams (R&D, offering management, Quality, Regulatory, & etc.) to ensure timely launch and effective localization of product portfolio tailored to the Korean market including new product launching.
  • Go-To-Market: Develop and execute GTM strategies and launch plan for new products / solutions to contribute revenue and business growth.
  • Plan and execute channel initiatives to drive channel sales growth, while working closely with sales to recruit and develop new channels to support business expansion.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to convert prospects into qualified pipeline and support revenue growth.
  • Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Collaborate with Korea, ASEAN & East Asia (AEA) and global teams to deliver marketing KPIs and demand generation initiatives while managing communication and alignment with channel partners.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Channel Strategy & Program Management
    • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with global business objectives
    • Design scalable partner marketing programs to drive growth across regions
    • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and campaign execution
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Development
    • Lead integrated demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels
    • Drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and support pipeline acceleration
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
  • Product Portfolio management & Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
    • Orchestrate the local launch of global products with relevant teams to ensure on-time release, including completion of required localization and certification.
    • Leading global and regional GTM strategies for new product introductions (NPI)
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches
    • Enable partners with tools, content, and campaigns for market activation
  • Partner Engagement & Enablement
    • Develop partner enablement programs including training, co-marketing, and content
    • Strengthening partner relationships to increase contribution to revenue
    • Collaborate with sales to support partner recruitment and onboarding
  • Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
    • Provide insights to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams
    • Align execution across geographies to ensure business impact

[Qualifications]

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing in the industrial B2B field
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization (MNCs)
  • Strong understanding & experience of demand generation and channel engagement
  • Expertise in orchestrating the end-to-end process of new product planning, development, and launch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Language: Fluent in Korean and business level English. No barrier to communicate with global people in English (Reading, Writing and Communication)
  • No barrier for international travel

  • Background as an in-house, full-spectrum marketer at a manufacturing company
  • Field experience at Fire Alarm Solution
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI) and MS Office.
  • Experience managing multi-region campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
