Sr. Data Engineer

You will collaborate with architects, marketers, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into robust, enterprise-grade AEP data solutions, ensuring seamless integration across systems and enabling a unified customer profile foundation.

Top Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines (batch + streaming ingestion) using APIs, SDKs, and AEP source connectors.
2. Build and manage XDM schemas, datasets, and data models, ensuring consistency, scalability, and interoperability across systems.
3. Enable identity stitching and unified customer profiles by configuring identity namespaces and data relationships.
4. Monitor and optimize data quality, pipeline performance, and governance, troubleshooting ingestion issues and ensuring reliability.

Expectations (Experience, Client Interaction & Communication)

1. 5–6 years of experience in data engineering with hands-on AEP / CDP implementation exposure (XDM, ingestion, identity, RTCDP preferred).
2. Strong client interaction capability—ability to understand business use cases and translate them into scalable data architecture and ingestion strategies.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across architects, marketing teams, and engineering stakeholders.
4. Ability to drive solution design discussions, document data flows, and explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
