The ideal candidate for a Sr. Designer would be able to do the following:

  1. Lead design execution for NPD projects, including concept development, architecture definition, and detailed design

  1. Translate product requirements into engineered design solutions that meet performance, cost, and manufacturability targets

  1. Drive design reviews and provide recommendations based on engineering rigor

  1. Develop complex 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings using SolidWorks

  1. Perform design analysis including: Tolerance stack-ups, Fit/function validation, and Thermal and structural considerations (as applicable)

  1. Own drawing quality and adherence to GD&T and company standards

  1. Partner with: Engineering (ME, EE, systems), Manufacturing and Operations, and Supply Chain and suppliers
