Working closely with senior leadership, sales, product, and customer success teams, you will ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experiences throughout the buyer journey. You will also play a key role in shaping brand perception, improving lifecycle marketing, and scaling revenue growth.
Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of full-funnel DTC marketing strategies designed to generate demand, drive qualified leads, and improve customer acquisition performance.
- Own marketing budget planning and allocation with a strong focus on ROI, efficiency, and long-term growth impact.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales, product, and external partners to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Oversee go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and campaign execution across digital channels.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing organization, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Define KPIs, establish reporting frameworks, and drive data-informed decision-making across all marketing initiatives.
- Continuously experiment with new marketing channels, technologies, and AI-driven tools to improve performance and scalability.
- Ensure alignment across brand, communications, and customer experience to maintain a consistent and trusted market presence.
- Oversee performance tracking, analytics, and reporting to monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve website performance, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams.
- Proven expertise in DTC marketing, digital growth strategies, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Strong experience in performance marketing, brand building, and revenue-driven marketing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, KPIs, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and modern mar-tech ecosystems.
- Experience in product marketing, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, customer success, and external partners.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build and scale teams.
