Job\nSummary<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>KN International is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer<\/b> to support the client in supervising, coordinating, and ensuring quality and\ncompliance of electrical works in residential villas and associated\ninfrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction\nsupervision experience in the UAE or similar environment, with strong technical\nexpertise, leadership, and client communication skills. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>The role involves\nproviding technical oversight, monitoring contractor performance, implementing\nsafety standards, and managing all electrical installations from mobilization through\nhandover and defects liability period.<\/span><\/span>

Key\nResponsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Take overall\n responsibility for the technical execution and supervision of electrical\n works, including power distribution, lighting, low voltage systems, and\n utilities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Provide\n senior\-level site supervision and technical guidance for electrical\n installations across villas, infrastructure, and utility works.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Review, interpret,\n and ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, authority\n standards, and contractual obligations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor contractor\n activities, assess work quality, and report non\-conformances (NCRs).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Review and verify\n contractor submissions, including shop drawings, method statements,\n materials submittals, test reports, and O&M manuals.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Conduct site\n inspections, witness testing/commissioning, and ensure electrical systems\n meet design, quality, and safety requirements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate with\n contractors, authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders to facilitate\n smooth project execution.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Implement and\n enforce HSE requirements, safe working practices, and environmental\n controls.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Support project\n controls, including progress tracking, reporting, and coordination\n meetings.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assist in\n handover, snagging, final inspections, and monitoring during the defects\n liability period.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain accurate\n technical documentation, site records, and inspection logs.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Required\nQualifications & Skills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s degree\n in Electrical Engineering<\/b> or related field (Master\u2019s degree preferred).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Professional\n Engineering (PE) license in the UAE is preferred.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Minimum 10 years\n of relevant construction supervision experience in the UAE or similar\n environment.<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Previous\n experience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) projects preferred.<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong leadership,\n team coordination, and client\-facing skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent\n technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting,\n and low voltage systems.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in\n project management software and engineering tools.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- In\-depth knowledge\n of UAE local regulations, codes, and industry standards.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven track\n record in managing and delivering large\-scale residential and\n infrastructure projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Willingness to\n work on remote sites in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.<\/b><\/span><\/span>
